NURI Vista won Minister award (Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy) at Nano Korea 2018 for the ultra-low-cost electrode material for printed electronics and nano ink-based RF antenna.

The representative product is high-conductivity mineral sintering ink. The company developed and commercialized a photo-sintered ink that can realize NFC and RFID tag antennas, which are manufactured by etching metal plates, using a direct printing method that can simplify the process, improve process yield, and reduce manufacturing cost.

After printing, it is easy to form a variety of patterns through the printing process with nano ink that can form an electrode. In addition, compared with the low-temperature process printing method electrode materials, cost competitiveness can be increased with ultra-low-cost (1/3 of existing price) and ultra-high-speed process. The high conductivity (resistance of less than 7x10-6Ω · ㎝) enables the application of electrodes that requires excellent electrical conductivity.

It is expected to be applicable to various substrates including flexible substrates such as PET, PI, paper, etc. due to short process time of less than 1 second, low process temperature, and non-etching process.
